At 1020 you fix your position 012°T, 2.4 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 049°T at 4.5 kn until 1030, then 354°T at 5.3 kn until 1040.

Give the 1040 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
