At 1240 you fix your position 086°T, 1.7 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 215°T at 5.3 kn until 1255, then 152°T at 6.3 kn until 1305.

Give the 1305 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
